Birthday Parties
Looking for the perfect place to celebrate your child’s big day? At Prana Play, we create magical birthday memories for kids and families alike.
Sensory Studio
Daily Sensory Activity: 11 AM & 4 PM. A hands-on activity to inspire creativity and support regulation—optional and always fun!
Social Skills Class
- Social Skills Groups: Interactive sessions for children to develop meaningful connections.
- Sibling Support Groups: Safe spaces for siblings to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
- Parent Support Groups: Guided discussions to navigate the challenges of raising neurodiverse children.
All sessions are led by licensed mental health counselors and are designed to meet participants where they are.
💫 Movement Class
Led by our Olympic diving and gymnastics coach Paula Lord, this innovative class blends mind–body exercises designed to spark neuroplasticity — helping the brain and body communicate more effectively.
It’s not dance, not stretching, not tumbling — it’s a unique approach to movement that supports strength, coordination, and confidence for children of all ages and abilities.
Classes run every Tuesday from 4:30–7:00 PM in the general play area, with rolling 35-minute sessions so families can join at a time that works best.

Inspired by my Autistic Daughter
A week in my life...
- Exhaustion is constant. The week is a cycle of therapy sessions, advocacy, and managing sensory needs.
- Judgement and stigma everywhere. Most don’t get it.
- Simple accommodation is a real struggle. Sensory overload is everywhere— restaurants impossible, existing play places just don’t work for my family.
- Balancing all my children’s needs feels impossible. The constant trade off heartbreaking. Guilt is overwhelming.
- What works for one overwhelms the other. I feel like I’m failing both of them.
- I just need a break. But where can we go where all our needs are met—where I don’t have to choose, explain, or advocate?
